Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Manhattan Brews, we want every customer to be satisfied with their experience.

1. Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled only before preparation begins. Once a drink is being made or has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• You received the wrong order.

• The order arrived significantly delayed or damaged.

• There was an issue caused by us during the preparation or delivery process.

3. Refund Process:

If eligible, refunds will be sent to you through Instapay on the same day or the day after.

4. How to Request a Refund:
