Manhattan Brews currently delivers across Alexandria, Egypt.
We take pride in ensuring that every cup of coffee arrives fresh, safe, and perfectly handled.
1. Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver within Alexandria city limits. If you’re outside our service zone, our website will notify you before checkout.
2. Delivery Time:
• Orders are typically delivered within 30–60 minutes, depending on location and order volume.
• You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is placed.
3. Delivery Process:
Our trained delivery team ensures hot drinks stay hot and iced drinks stay cool by using temperature-controlled packaging. Your order will be handed over with care for the best experience possible.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Manhattan Brews, we want every customer to be satisfied with their experience.
1. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled only before preparation begins. Once a drink is being made or has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• There was an issue caused by us during the preparation or delivery process.
3. Refund Process:
If eligible, refunds will be sent to you through Instapay on the same day or the day after.
